Sample Works

Photoshop collage

Photo Editing, Photoshop
This project combines five photographs I took to create a collage.

Photoshop edited image

Graphic Editing, Photoshop
This project combines four images to create a representation of the 4th beast in Daniel 7. This image was created for a Sunday school presentation project that I volunteered to assist with. It required extensive work with selections and layers. Filters were used to recreate the iron teeth and brazen claws. Four source images included ocean, alligator, alligator hand, and horns.

Graphic development, Illustrator

Sample Video – PHP Loops
I’m dedicated to taking complicated subject matter and presenting it in a logical manner that’s as simple and practical as possible, in order to make learning a more pleasant and successful experience for the learner.

Creative Learning Project
This was a creative activity with some friendly competition to emphasize good and bad first impressions. Students did an absolutely fabulous job, making it a fun and entertaining learning experience with lots of laughs.

Customized Study Notes
I strive to create engaging, student-centered learning materials where complex concepts are presented through clear explanations, effective hands-on activities, and real-world examples. Notice the practice activities, and the self-practice activities with solutions, at the end of these study notes.

Ox and donkey unequally yoked

AI creation, Firefly & Photoshop
AI was used to create multiple images in Firefly. They were then combined and modified with Photoshop to produce this representation of unequally yoked.

Open House Activity
This is a quick and simple hands-on activity for prospective students. I currently use it to give individuals some experience changing an image and text on a live webpage using WordPress.

Program Team Lead, Web Design Development
"Thanks to Mrs. Rhoades’ guidance, I’ve accomplished and learned a tremendous amount in a short amount of time. Each course and lesson that I completed with Mrs. Rhoades was carefully curated and provided examples that left me with very few questions. And if I did have questions, Mrs. Rhoades was readily available and quick to answer. When I needed assistance building my portfolio and refining my resume, she was there to ensure I was producing the best work possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a course led by her again and would highly recommend her to incoming students. …My time at TSTC has been such a rewarding experience and Mrs. Rhoades has been a part of that!"
