I developed and coordinated this activity to help students understand the importance of first impressions. Students were divided into teams of two, with one teammate modeling good impressions, and the other modeling bad impressions. Our Dean conducted the mock interviews while co-workers judged each team using a score card. This was a friendly competition with a small prize to the winning teams. Students did an absolutely fabulous job, making it a fun and entertaining learning experience.
